HIGH ROOF SEAM system is offered in straight profile having a width 480 mm wide profile.

With a seam height of 65 mm, the HIGH ROOF SEAM profile is designed for roof pitches upwards of 1.5º. The HIGH ROOF SEAM ensures excellent water drainage capability and also load bearing capability. The profile can be employed in all climate zones and for all building types.

The number and position of the mini ribs in the valley of the profile are designed to make the profile stronger and also act as an unique aesthetic feature. This Faisal Shine-HIGH ROOF SEAM profile is available in customized lengths and widths in straight as well as tapered profile. This HIGH ROOF SEAM profile can be smooth curved to convex and concave shape to achieve the building contour.

2. Limiting detection is taken as span / 150. FOR (DL. + W.L) & L/180 FOR(D.L.+L.L.)

3. Allowable loads are applicable for sheets spanning over a minimum of four supports

4. Allowable loads may be multiplied by a factor of 0.80 for sheets spanning over 2 or 3 supports

HIGH ROOF SEAM ZIPPING TECHNOLOGY

The 'Zip' technology which closes and secures the and HIGH ROOF SEAM profile roof sheet, with a power operated automatic zipping machine totally non - penetrative. No holes means no leaks.

Further the seam allows the roof to 'breathe' so that any moisture occurring within the roof evaporates away. That means the entire configuration of the roof remains in good conditions throughout its life.

LONG LENGTH - UPTO 100 MTRS AND BEYOND

Faisal Shine-HIGH ROOF SEAM can be manufactured onsite. Faisal Shine-HIGH ROOF SEAM sheets can exceed sheet length limits that cannot be delivered by road. The need for end laps and consequently the potential for water ingress through the lap joint is avoided.

For on-site rollforming, the sheets can be rollformed in following ways depending on site conditions -

I. Rollforming at ground level

2. Rollforming from Ground to eaves level

3. Rollforming at eaves level (machine needs to be mounted).

Acoustic:

Faisal Shine-HIGH ROOF SEAM roof constructions can be modified to accommodate various acoustic performance requirements, by incorporating other layers such as high-density insulation, acoustic boards and flexible membranes to provide improved sound reduction performance and by perforating the liner to provide improved sound absorption performance.

Impact Noise due to Rainfall:

In all Faisal Shine-HIGH ROOF SEAM roof constructions the top layer of insulation is typically a low density mineral fibre insulation which is slightly compressed to the underside of HIGH ROOF SEAM outer sheet that controls rain drumming.

Wind uplift:

Faisal Shine-HIGH ROOF SEAM roofing systems provide excellent resistance to wind uplift due to its unique clip system and Zip-up technology. The clip firmly secures the roof system to the steel work below. The strength of this joining and the fixing detail is completed by zipping the side Laps together to create a secretly fixed roofing envelope with outstanding structural performance.
